Specific facilities for drying any material after cutting, rectifying, and/or polishing. Used for wall tiles, stoneware tile, porcelain tile, marble, etc., and formats, ranging from skirting, listels, inserts, to large sizes.
We make different types of dryers according to the heating and transport system, etc., as a function of each material’s requirements and production needs.
The ones principally used are those based on driven hot air, but systems are also used with radiant plates, with low-pressure burners, and roller, chain, and mesh transport systems, in continuous or batch dryers.
Unless otherwise required by the customer, these dryers do not usually work with air temperatures above 200ºC – 225ºC, because with controlled air circulation and appropriate extraction of the moisture concentration, they provide the greatest efficiency at the lowest consumption.
Once the material has cooled, it can be directly packed without any condensation occurring that might deteriorate the cardboard packaging, and lead to new operating costs.
